5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times vary by location and courier availability. Delays caused by logistics or weather are beyond our control.
6. Refund, Return & Replacement Policy
- Eligible: Wrong, damaged, defective or expired products, or missing items.
- Report issues within 48 hours with photos/videos.
- Non-returnable: Fresh produce, dairy, frozen foods, bakery items, opened food and opened personal care items unless damaged or incorrect.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Shipped orders generally cannot be cancelled.
